I received the following message yesterday:

Subject: Kraft under attack for supporting Gay Games. Is that cheesy or what?

Kraft Foods, makers of every one's favorite Mac and Cheese, is one of the sponsors for the 2005 Gay Games. Now the American Family Association is asking their members to call and email Kraft to complain.

Kraft is a subsidiary of notoriously conservative Phillip Morris, Inc. and if they get enough screaming mothers calling them, they might pull their sponsorship!

Let Kraft know that you appreciate them supporting the Gay Games and the GLBT Community in general.

Call them for FREE or email the CEO:TOLL FREE: 1-800-323-0768CEO Roger K. Deromedi rderomedi@kraft.com

The sucker for a cause that I am, I sent the following message:

Dear KRAFT:

I'd like to thank you for your decision to sponsor the2005 Gay Games. It is nice to see that a company canrespect individuals as the people they are, and notjust as a consumer dollar they represent.

I certainly can't speak for everyone, but I considerthis another step in the direction of human rights, toward a future where all men are created equally, and treated as such.

Thanks again
-Matt
